Follow these steps to find the CC&Rs for any HOA in Maricopa County, Arizona.
1) Go to https://recorder.maricopa.gov/recording/document-search.html
2) Scroll down and in the blank space under Business Name, type in the name of the HOA (i.e., Paseo Place).
3) As soon as you start typing, a drop-down menu will appear.
4) Click on the most basic name (i.e., Paseo Place).
5) Scroll down and click on the orange SEARCH button.
6) Under the Document Code column, look for PROP RSTR (i.e., Property Restrictions) or MOD RSTR (i.e., Modified Restrictions).
7) Click on the appropriate blue button under the Recording Number.
8) Click on PDF – All Pages.
9) You can print the CC&Rs or save them to your computer.
